Derby. Lots of other good stuff too, but not unequivocally on restitution, so in the interests of stability I will not say more. Does anyone know where Prof. Daniel Friedmann's excellent article on "Restitution for Wrongs - The Measure of Recovery" (delivered at the last SPTL conference) has been published ? I desperately need to refer to it, but have only the original conference copy. And my investigations thus far have failed. Many thanks. ---------------------- Mr Kit Barker Lecturer in Law Overseas Admissions Selector E-mail: cb2@soton.ac.uk Tel: +44 (0)23 8059 3294 Fax: +44 (0)23 8059 3024 ____________________________________________________________________ This message was delivered through the Restitution Discussion Group, an international internet LISTSERV devoted to all aspects of the law of unjust enrichment. OXFORD UNIVERSITY COMMONWEALTH LAW JOURNAL CALL FOR PAPERS The new Oxford University Commonwealth Law Journal invites contributions of articles, casenotes and book reviews. The Journal will be the first scholarly law journal in the world dedicated to legal issues of interest and importance among Commonwealth countries. By publishing articles covering major legal trends and developments within leading Commonwealth jurisdictions, it will facilitate intra-Commonwealth debate and the fruitful exchange of ideas. By publishing articles from smaller and developing jurisdictions, the Journal will allow authors to reach an international audience and foster first class legal scholarship. The OUCLJ will be published semi-annually under the aegis of the Oxford University Faculty of Law. The first issues are scheduled to appear in Summer and Winter 2001. The Journal aims to become the pre-eminent publication in addressing pan-Commonwealth legal issues. The Journal will publish articles on topics of relevance to legal scholars and lawyers in Commonwealth jurisdictions. While some articles may be explicitly comparative, this will not be necessary for publication. What will be important is that each paper will have relevance to those engaged in legal matters in other Commonwealth jurisdictions. The OUCLJ is the flagship journal of Oxford's law postgraduate community and it will be published by Hart Publishing. Submissons will be fully (double-blind) refereed. The Journal has a distinguished board of patrons from across the Commonwealth: Justice Cameron (South Africa), Lord Cooke of Thorndon (New Zealand), Lord Goff of Chieveley (UK), Justice Hayne (Australia), Justice Manohar (India), Justice Ribeiro, PJ (Hong Kong), Justice Sharpe (Canada), Chief Justice Smellie (Cayman). The Law Faculty liaison is Professor David Vaver. The deadlines for submissions for the winter 2001 issue is 15 June 2001. If you would like to obtain the style guidelines, make a submission, or seek further information, please email us at ouclj@law.ox.ac.uk or write to: The Editors, Oxford University Commonwealth Law Journal, Faculty of Law, St Cross Building, Manor Road, Oxford OX1 3UR, England.
