At least this is=20 what their Joint Statement tells us: See:=20 http://www.lawsociety.org.uk/documents/downloads/becomingacademicjointsta= te.pdf=20 (p. 5) "Obligations including Contract, Restitution and Tort" is commonly=20 "translated" in to "Obligations I: Contract" and "Obligations II: Tort",=20 with restitution being dropped in the process.
