Well, given that, first, I have just upgraded my web access and have had a few Westlaw and Lexis sessions, and second, I am interested in the issue, I went and had a look. Nothing free on the Web from Connecticut seemed right, and a search in W and L based on Hart v Dutton revealed nothing relevant. So, if my searching techniques were reasonable, it would seem that nothing like that has happened. If it has, I too would appreciate hearing about it. Eoin.
