Subject: Doctors' duties

I'm all in favour of hypotheticals offered to me as the basis of exam questions. But really ... the thought of WBA claiming loss of chance of beating Man Utd? Let's keep some sense of reality about all of this. A few dodgy results in recent times against a couple of sides - in some cases almost as good as Sainsbury's second eleven --- and people go running away with the preposterous notion than Man Utd could conceivably be defeated by WBA.

And my final offering on suggestive case names is:

BP Exploration v HUNT (the latter being granted the right to explore for oil).
