Attachments: RDG_May.docx

Dear colleagues,
Two new books that may be of interest have just been published by Hart.
One is the second edition of Duncan Sheehan's book, The Principles of Personal Property. This book touches on defective transfers and claims based on tracing.
The other book is Paul S. Davies and James Penner, eds., Equity, Trusts and Commerce. Chapters pertinent to this list include James Penner's chapter with the intriguing title " 'Sort of' Backwards Tracing"; "Bribery", by Paul S Davies; Deborah A DeMott, "Accessory Disloyalty: Comparative Perspectives on Substantial Assistance to Fiduciary Breach"; Jamie Glister, "Equitable Liability of Corporate Accessories"; Bill Swadling, "The Nature of 'Knowing Receipt' "; and Sarah Worthington, "Exposing Third-Party Liability in Equity: Lessons from the Limitation Rules".
Details, and a 20% discount, are available in the attached document.
With best wishes,
Lionel
