Greetings to colleagues as the academic year comes to a close..here in Canada at least!

 

I have just received [2017] Restitution Law Review, a special issue under the Guest Editorship of Stephen Watterson. This issue comprises the papers from the excellent conference which many list members attended at UCL in April 2017 under the title The Global Futures of Unjust Enrichment. The result is an excellent collection of 17 papers covering a very wide range of issues and legal systems. The table of contents is attached.

 

Also just published is Defences in Equity, edited by Paul S Davies, Simon Douglas and James Goudkamp. This collection of 15 essays also comes out of a conference, in this case, the fourth of a series of conferences on defences in private law. Attached is a flyer with some info about the book and a code that allows you to order it with a 20% discount.
