Re:
German Restitution

Ary, Hope all is well. I am posting again because I received a message through my research assistant that you had called (I was teaching class). I tried to return you call but it was later than you expected to be wherever. Now, I must confess, I have misplaced the tel. I am interested in the restitution research you are doing as I would like to see if the emerging restitutionary practices are ones that I could argue would be applicable to the takings effected in Cuba. My tel, fax and email are below. Look forward to hearing from you. Saludos, Berta

About the German restitution. I've not been able to find a copy of the German law (or the Czech law or ...) for that matter. Of course I couldn't understand them anyway. Is there somewhere to find an English translation on the net?

Regards
