Recently published is a book of essays edited by Bill Swadling, The Limits of Restitutionary Claims. It is the outcome of a joint SPTL/UKNCCL colloquium and takes a comparative look at four different limits: (i) change of position, (ii) mistake of law, (iii) bona fide purchase, and (iv) illegality.
