I was wondering if anyone could help
me out. A friend of mine mentioned Hart v Dutton (1949 US),
a case on defamation and waiver of tort had been reversed by a Connecticut
Supreme Court this year. I have tried searching the web and have not
been able to come up with anything. Can anyone confirm this and if so,
tell me the name of the case? Well, given that, first, I have just upgraded my web
access and have had a few Westlaw and Lexis sessions, and second, I am
interested in the issue, I went and had a look. Nothing free on the Web
from Connecticut seemed right, and a search in W and L based on Hart
v Dutton revealed nothing relevant. So, if my searching techniques
were reasonable, it would seem that nothing like that has happened. If
it has, I too would appreciate hearing about it.
